My stay at the private room was not entirely satisfactory. The location was convenient, just a short bus ride away from the city center and airport. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the property itself was a bit run-down, with broken cabinet doors and a lack of proper cleaning. The noise from the nearby road was also quite bothersome.

Spotlessly clean property just next door to transport shops and take away, central Birmingham is less then 10 minutes by train and the surrounding area. Room with a 4x6 single bed leaving 2ft space to move around in.

There were some maintenance issues with the hotel. The bathroom door was broken and got stuck in the morning, causing inconvenience for guests who couldn't use the shower or the toilet.

I recently stayed at this refurbished house for a few nights and I had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the city centre.
